Turnkey Production

Our turnkey services means full production from beginning to end. This includes script development, producing (scheduling, budgeting, hiring), shooting and editing, visual effects, sound design, and color grading.  We regularly work with top industry professional crew members and talent. We are fully insured with transparent and efficient workflows so our clients can see every step and approve key milestones while feeling secure in their investment.

Approximate budget: less than $5000

Estimate
  • Ideation meeting to form a basic script outline and size/scope of the project.
  • We will create a written estimate which consists of the scope of work to be done, estimated schedule, terms, and budget.
  • Any revisions to the estimate are done and the agreement is signed by the client.
  • Deposit – 50% is collected.
Pre-Production
  • Script Creation – The script is typically provided by the client/agency.
  • Schedule – We will create a schedule based on what’s best for the location, cast/crew availabilities, client/agency needs, and other factors.
  • Locations – Typically the client will secure location(s) to shoot the video.
  • Casting – The client typically provides talent.
  • Crew – We typically arrange for a small crew consisting of the cinematographer (Richard) and one or two assistants.
Production
  • Shooting – The video is shot within budget and adhering to the previous approvals.  Interviews, if any, are typically shot first while b-roll is shot last.
Post Production
  • The video is edited to the specifications outlined in prior approvals.
  • Stock music, color grading, and graphics are added.
  • Rough cut – an edit without color nor final sound design and effects is sent to client for approval and/or revisions.
  • Typically, the final invoice is submitted to be paid within 30 days or prior to release of final video.
  • Revisions – The client submits changes, if any, and the changes are applied according to the stipulations of the contract.
Final Cut Approval
  • Final Project Approval – Client/Agency approves the final work.
Project Delivery and Payment
  • Payment – The final payment is due.
  • Delivery – The final video is delivered to the client/agency.

  • Contract/Estimate is signed by the client and a deposit of 50% is collected.

  • Script Creation – The script can be provided by the client or CPF can create the script based on the ideation meeting.
  • Script Approval – After any revisions, the script is approved.
  • Schedule – we will create a schedule based on what’s best for the location, cast/crew availabilities, client/agency needs, and other factors.
  • Locations – We will secure location(s) to shoot the video.
  • Crew – We will hire the necessary crew as needed for the production within budget.
  • Casting – We will audition and hire the talent that will appear in or provide voiceover talent for the video within budget.
Production
  • Shooting – The video is shot within budget and adhering to the previous approvals.
  • Payment – 25% due.

  • Storyboards – If the budget permits, we will visit the locations and create boards which will include the location photos to better represent the final edit.  (Approval needed)

  • Payment – 25% due.
